 CH. 35- MONEY, BLOOD, & GREED,  MONEY, & MORE MONEY

Detective D. Jones & D. Kinnison appears at the door, "We need to speak to you ma'am."

'Hi, were investigating a case. May we speak to you?"

Apparently a few reports has come in, and concerned witnesses have come forward with their statements about the possibility of money laundering and gaming.  Has anyone in your household been given a large amount sum of money in the form of cash, checks,  bank deposits, or gifts? Are you aware of any type of money donations in the form of bank deposits through PayPal, Zelle, CashApp, and /or Gift Cards?

Do you have anything missing? Legal Documents, Jewelry, ID Cards, mail, etc.?

If so, this is a form of bribery, a pay-off, or hush-money.  And we'll need to investigate further as to why your Documents and Identifications are missing along with any monetary donations. Gifting and relinquishing rights of property  to un-related people and non-relatives is very unusual and suspicious. When situations like this arises, questions are raised.

Why would anyone relinquish their rights to land and title to non-relatives and NOT be monetarily compensated?

We need to ask why? Where they desperate? Is it the possibility that people were putting the squeeze on or pointing guns at their heads? And if so, who? And, who are ALL the people involved? 

You don't think about it much these days. Foreclosures is one strategy that people use to pressure people to give up their rights and title to relinquish  their property without just compensation to their property in attempts to prevent a foreclosure. These people are suppose to save their property from foreclosing. Eventually the homeowners move out and they move on with their lives. They're given false hope that their property will be saved or turned into an investment property and if and when the property is put through auction and sold, any equity accrued will be split amongst the new owners and old owners, and the attorneys involved. In some extreme cases, the old owners passes away, and their interest now is consumed by the new owners on title and their lawyers involved.

Unfortunately, in the past many people lost property because they've fallen behind on their mortgages. But in this case, this was not a mortgage, these were "run-away" lawyer fees based on a frivolous lawsuit. A lawsuit that should've never happened. Their HOA Gang (NECA) and their Members saw the surrounding lands valuable after their respectable Original developer and owner Herbert Horita passed away in 2010. The HOA decided to suddenly illegally adjudicate the property in 2012.

However, the people you've been dealing with are hungry wolves and Hyenas. They saw you as easy prey and victims and they saw the value in the property. 

Relinquishing the property as you did helped your situation. But, when things fell apart in that deal, the pressure remained, and they wanted more. They began to bribe people to hurt you, to play mind games on you. They blamed you, they made you look bad. They paid people to mistreat you, some of these people were your friends and closest family members. This made some of your friends and family feel guilty. I'm sure you saw it in their eyes or by their ill-behavior. But who can refuse money? They used 'drug use' and medicines to criticize and justify their cruelty to you. They used your past relationships, your criminal history, to label you a 'bad person'. Although many citizens refused to participate, they too, became involved and concerned because they could relate to your situation. These people were given information to your whereabouts, and to your activities. You were followed, mostly by concerned people. The medical system and the judicial system may have been compromised as well. As you've already experienced.  Game rules must've been followed, and 'secrecy' was the name of the game. 

Who funded this you may ask? Thats what were trying to determine. We have an idea.

In this case, this is not a foreclosure due to mortgage, this is a foreclosure because of unpaid 'outrageous and illegal' attorney fees. This was also Land Court registered property, and NOT regular court, and that is significant. Land Court supposedly is an added layer of protection for these kinds of unscrupulous acts.

"Now, sweetheart, tell me who hurt you? Because were going to investigate, and find them." Stated Det. D. Kinnison, as Det.D.Jones agreed and nodded his head.

Now, it's about covering up, and making things right, just, and fair. 'Saving face', so that no side is left unfair. As long as no one is too greedy, there is potential for this to be resolved, otherwise disaster is imminent. Everyone will need to compromise, everyone can have a role.

Be on guard, stay safe, don't put yourself in the dark, you are their light, their hopes, they have faith in you. They know what you went through and most they're on your side. However, their are those stupid ones, and accidents and carelessness does happen. 

Let's just hope that everyone will come to the table with good intentions and make things right. You need to stay alive. Keep strong and live! Your mind, protect it, make it strong, keep it strong. Your body too!

Those that hurt you, they will pay by their own flaws and failures. It always does. Some call it Karma, and of course GOD is watching. He knows our hearts. Have faith, and believe, believe in yourself.
