CH. 44- MY STORY

"I wanted them dead!" I just was telling my friend Orlando, laughingly, you know what I mean. They were taking away my land, my house, they took away all my money, everything I worked for the past 20 years, and they made me homeless!" Thats what they do, they see your name on the deed, whether its land, house, or apartment,  they know if your big time or small time. Your either a mom and pop small business owner,  or a big time corporation that no one is gonna mess with.

If your small time, they come after you. Your name alone on the deed tells them everything.  "I wanted everybody dead, the lawyers, the judges, the board members. All the ones that was involved, I wanted them dead! They wanted to steal my project. I was gonna eventually build 21 homes, today would've been worth 30 million dollars. Someone sitting on that so-called nonprofit board or elite professionals- architects, finacers, lawyers, they wanted to steal our lands and build it themselves. And I'm soppose to watch someone else make 30 millions dollars on the lands they stole from us. Wouldn't that piss you off. How do you feel when they foreclose on your house, kick you out, take all your money,  and now you and your family is homeless.

I packed up and went traveling. Yah, maybe that was a good thing,  I went to Thailand, big island, back to Oahu, then to Thailand again Oahu, Big Island. I was traveling and living family and friends, I was living off them. I made lots of friends all around the world, In the meantime sharing my story.  They got to see me homeless, catching the city bus, and walking the sidewalks. They got to see that firsthand, is that what they wanted to see? Well, they seen it. And I got used to it!  See me, open your eyes you! You know my story,  let's talk about it, you want to talk about it? Come on, talk about it, tell everyone my story,  and that I was on that bus with you, or that you were driving by, and saw me walking to the grocery store!  That is me, me surviving!!

They were trying to steal my lands, and they were getting away with it.

Ifigured it out. To the white people, the Hawaiians are mad angry, they want the white people to clean the mess up. The white people allowed these immigrants in, and these immigrants descendants became very powerful, so now, it's the white people's responsibility to clean up the mess.

It was hard to talk about this, because then I was called a racist. I was made ugly, It was blasphemy. I just couldn't believe it, but we lived it and we saw it. We were made weak. Look at our surroundings.  I thought Oahu was being annexed by their country.

I grew up and went to school with some of these people. They were some of my good friends. I was raised by my step-dad. I am far from racist. But it was these few people that got together and came after me. And they gave their whole entire mother country a bad name. The truth always comes out at the end. Dig deep, and when you realize, I had a 30 million project, and that should be amazing, that I accomplished that, and u should've had the support to pull that through.  I wouldn't have had to owe half a million dollars in attorney fees, and face foreclosure of they didn't start messing with me. The association started it. Followed by their attorneys and the judges. The homeowners the neighbors.

This kind of stuff happens all around the world and all throughout history.  So this is today's history in the making because its being recorded.

All I did, is document my feelings,  this is how I feel, this is my story, this is how I perceived it. They didn't play by the rules. They are killers in disguise. They are loyal to their kind.

So how they got away with it? They were professionals- doctors, lawyers, politicians. We put our trust in them.  They 'squirly'. They bent the rules. They had to know it was unethical. They didn't care. Its demonstrated. These people are wealthy. They bought up a lot of our real estate. Some of the most expensive best ones, beachfront homes in Kahala-Diamond Head, who owned them? Then they sat vacant.

Thats an example of a lot of Oahu. Vacant homes. And people are homeless on the beach. With all our resources, and the past decades of tourism, shouldn't Hawaii be one of the richest places on this planet? Well, i don't feel it. I don't feel rich. I feel poor,  very poor.  All our goods foods flown out and junk foods shipped in. Where is the logic in that? Our beachfront hotels are for the tourists, everything for the tourist, then our money is drained back to their home country one way or another. If they really cared, their should be no homeless.  I don't know how they can disregard that part of their business.

Let's give them some credit, they're are many good people, yeah, they have a good culture. It was the ones that came here and turned out bad and ugly, greedy, then coming after us. They made it bad for themselves. Or maybe this is how and what rich people fight and argue about. I didn't really see myself rich, cause I was living off foodstamps to eat. Funny, how I met the EBT qualifications and was a landowner and at one time I even drove a Corvette for a couple of years. Well, that's another long story. Short story, after owing $500,000 in scrupulous attorney bills, I tried to partner up with investors to help save the property, and they financed the Corvette. They didn't finance my personal food and living expenses. Investors don't normally do that.

Anyway . . .  I saw this property as my way to financial security and success. I was going to build a house, then another and so on. I was building for my family,  my children, my parents, . And when they started to come after me, accumulating debt against the property, and it was snowballing,  I knew what they wanted. They wanted this 30 million dollar project.  And that is why I had the property listed by my good realtor friend for 32 million dollars. Cause that was what the property was worth to me.

They were coming after me under the guise of a non-profit board of home-owners association.

Bottom line- maybe now they realizing they screwed up. You don't take away someone's home, land, all their money,  and leave them homeless, on the streets. And when they got caught, and they don't say sorry, or maybe they want to make things right or Maybe they don't. They sure taking their sweet ass time.

If anyone has the right to make things right, it will be me. With the assist of people who are on my side.  Nobody ever told me, that I had to bring people back to the table. I had to figure it out. And lives were lost, my life was almost lost too. Until I began to write my story. I got back into playing the piano again, I became an artist, a poet, and a writer. Then people started to listen and understand.

Things are different now. I just hope that we all can see the bigger picture. And that im working towards a better future for all of us, all my friends and family, and all the people that are on my side. I don't need to keep all the money to myself! I ain't a big spender! We gonna spend it wisely, once we get there. Cause everyone helped to get there. Everyone has a part, small or big, you live this island, you from these islands, you were part of it. Where there is logic, there is truth.

If this all makes sense, cause there is truth. It is a corporation with stakeholders, and non-profits. It goes hand in hand. By building the rainy day hurricane fund, you build multiple outlets of funding resources.

How I came up with BlackWMusk? Its a good name isn't it? And that's a good start.

Back to if I really want these people dead? I mean that is hypothetically speaking because I am not a killer! I got too much at stake and to live for,  and I ain't gonna sit in prison for the rest of my life. But I know how to make wrong make right. If they're wrong, you make up for it. They have to make up for what they did. I always look at peoples intentions. Some are bad, and they will pay the price for what they did.  There is no apologies for this kind of stuff. They will compensate financially. That's how its done. The good people shall help the bad people because the bad people made everyone look bad, and it was bad, very bad bad bad. They made their mother country look so bad, they not wanted here any more. They bowed out. They know, word got out, their leader died. A few of them.  The good people are scared and they want to run away. But these people they have no place to go, cause Hawaii is the only place they know. So they need to make it up for what they did, and their mother country will back them up to make things right. Cause their reputation is at stake.

Its all a process,  it takes time. How much time? I don't know. But I've waited patiently, litigating, we pau with that, exposing- we did that. Surviving- I did that. Then they realize, they gotta stop, make a change. Come up with a plan, and execute the plan. Bottom line, make it all legit, and cool. And let's do this.

It's the transferring of assets from one country, to the other country, and into the hands of the right people, not the leftovers, not the wrongs, the rights. And its about cleaning up, organizing, restructuring, reinforcing our own house here in Hawaii. Because the past leaders we had, they did us wrong for decades. If it was right, things wouldn't be what it is today.  We are so homeless and poor. We should be rich, happy, Healthy. But no, we were living in poverty.  We could've been so much better.

I know its sad, because time isn't on our side. The older ones, they lived and seen the failures. We lived it too. But were young enough to make it different. It took my story, my unfortunate experiences to being these issues to light and make us understand. It could've been better, we could've had a better life. But these people came to power and was looked up to as honorable and trustworthy. But again, its the few bad people that got caught that's making them all look bad. So that's why I believe they need to all come together to make things right, backed by and supported by their mother home country. And the white people are the designators or the facilitators to ensure it gets done. That's why the pressure is on the white people.

I'm white and Asian, see my boy is white Asian, and Half-Hawaiian.  That is the key advantage that we have in gaining the support of the Hawaiian people. Which has been a very delicate controversial situation. I grew up here, lived mostly all my life here. I have alot of local friends. As a parent,  we do for our children. My son, the Hawaiian kid, and his family. What I do is not all for myself, its for my family, friends, I'm included, everyone benefits.

willing to make up for that they
